I ordered a tag that goes along with the bag for my Mother’s Day gift. I notified Apolis last week that it was missing. I was promised the what they call TEAM will look into it. I asked even it’s late, please send it. Until to this moment I’m typing this review…still no respond. For 18.00 and I’m not asking for a refund. I still want the tag for my mom. Remains waiting. APOLIS is a joke. I don’t recommended. Can you imagine if you ordered an expensive bag and never came! Do not order from APOLIS. They don’t care about customer concern! Very disappointing. Never again will order from this company.
