Artwork is normally limited to around 13 characters per line, including spaces (unless it’s a monogrammed bag, which allows up to three characters). However, we’re able to manually add additional ones in some cases, up to 15.  

If you’re not able to fit it all online, please place your order and reach out to service@apolisglobal.com with your desired artwork.

Our embroidered and calligraphy bags allow a maximum of 12 characters per line.

Please note we are not able to add additonal characters to our Shoulder Market Bags in Safari and Natural.

Yes, you can have no artwork on one side, but all our bags include product information on the other. We do not offer bags that are blank on both sides.

If there's no option to select white text noted on the product page, it's not available.

Emoticons and smileys are not permitted. However, we do occasionally offer embroidered bags with the option to add a heart. Check here to see what’s in stock.

Ordering

Tracking information will be emailed within three days of your purchase. Tracking for embroidered and calligraphy bags will be sent once shipped.

Before we ship, the product goes through a special print customization process to add your artwork.

Our bags take 3 business days to customize. If you need it fast, you have the option to shorten the customization phase to 1 business day and ship the bag the following day (rush processing).

We charge a small fee for rush processing. If your order is  placed before 11pm PST, it will be shipped the next business day.

Please note that embroidery and calligraphy bags are handmade and require three weeks processing time before shipment. 

 

Shipping to the U.S. (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

Estimated standard delivery is  4 to 7 business days. Please allow an extra day for some rural locations. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days. (Orders over $150.00 USD qualify for free Ground shipping.) Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 8 AM PST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 8AM PST through Friday 8AM PST will arrive the following Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after 8AM PST through Monday 8AM PST will arrive Tuesday.

Please note, return procedures for customized and non-customized products differ. To keep things simple for you, we offer refunds instead of exchanges. 

 

To return non-customized  items please note: Items need to be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) with the original packaging and tags attached. 

 

To return customized items please note: Customized products are not eligible for a return unless you encounter a craftsmanship or quality issue which includes: If your bag arrives with rivets missing or a damaged handle. If your bag arrives with smudged print. If your bag arrives with text that is slanted or cut off.

 

Please note: since each bag is handmade, there will be slight variations in jute texture from bag to bag; no two bags will look exactly the same. Additionally, bags suffering from general wear and tear are not eligible for return. Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.

 

To initiate a possible return, email us (service@apolisglobal.com) or text us (20919) with an image of your bag and a description of the issue and we'll get back to you ASAP with an answer.

 

If your bag does not meet the requirements above, a refund will not be issued, and if you sent your bag to us, you will receive it back.

You'll find the discount code box at checkout. 

If you're on a PC or laptop, you'll see it at the right side of your screen when you enter your shipping details. If you're using a smartphone or tablet you'll need to enter your info and shipping method before you'll see the discount code box.

Yes, we ship internationally. Orders go out every Friday. To make it simple for you, we offer a way to pay international customs fees upfront. Customs fees and duties are included in the shipping price calculated during checkout. This will expedite delivery, make the order process more reliable and keep the costs down. Delivery is approximately 14 business days.

Indeed. Your discount will be automatically applied for orders of 30+ bags. We offer greater discounts for wholesale purchases of 25+ but with a longer processing time. 

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery speed during checkout. The majority of our USA shipments for customizable items are sent via the United States Postal Service.

Our minimum order quantity is 25 units. If you order more than 49 units you save $2. Our standard production timeline is 21 business days. We provide an option to rush your order within 10-business days for an extra $2 per bag.

Miscellaneous

Bag restocks vary throughout the year. Please add your email to the product page for the bag you’d like. You can find it on the right hand side. Click where it says “Notify Me.” You can also email us for more information.

We recommend these general cleaning tips for all our bags:

1) Turn the bag inside out.

2) Hand wash the inside with soap and water -the bag is water resistant, so this will not harm it- or use a disinfectant spray.

3) Wipe handles with soap and water.

4) Air dry.
