Terrific Product. Shipping, Not So Much.

Apolis bags are always a big hit as gifts, and the ones I have are compliment magnets, so when I saw these featured in an email, I immediately ordered 4 to give as Christmas gifts -

My bottle bags arrived yesterday, but EVERYTHING INSIDE THE PACKAGE WAS SOPPING WET! An email to customer service got a quick response of "very sorry, can we credit you $100?", which I answered. In all honesty, at the time, I would have been happy if I got 4 new tags and Apolis story pieces to include with my bags. Crickets. And now a request to review. Really?

Now that the bags are dry and back to their natural color, they definitely look well used, with obvious water marks and staining from where the wet newsprint rubbed off.

So I have 4 newsprint-stained Apolis Crossbody Bottle Bags that are no longer gift-worthy. Saying I am not happy is a little bit of an understatement.

Huge disappointment.
